Aurelien MANGANO’s journey began in the scenic city of Grenoble, France—nestled in the heart of the Alps. Surrounded by majestic mountains, skiing, and the beauty of nature, his early environment instilled in him a deep appreciation for growth, resilience, and perspective.
In 2012, Aurelien made a pivotal move, leaving his hometown to step into a leadership role abroad. This leap introduced him to a world of work and culture vastly different from what he had known. As he progressed from project manager to program manager and eventually portfolio manager, he developed a distinctive leadership.
Navigating new professional landscapes and cultural environments, Aurelien faced challenges that tested and refined his leadership approach. The differences in communication, organizational dynamics, and leadership expectations pushed him to evolve continuously. Through this journey, he cultivated the ability to lead across cultures and guide others to thrive amid complexity.
Now based in Houston, TX, Aurelien serves as a Leadership & Executive Coach. His mission is to help managers grow into impactful leaders by mastering the full journey from strategy to execution. Drawing on the principles of Kokorozashi (a Japanese concept of personal mission), he equips leaders with tools to craft inspiring strategies and drive implementation with clarity and purpose.
Aurelien integrates methodologies such as Emotional Intelligence (EQ), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Conversational Leadership Intelligence to develop leadership presence, elevate communication, and ensure alignment from vision to action.
